- Ahsan Ali Review added: 2018.05.04★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Overall the hotel is good value for money. I stay at the Dudsbury hotel most Tuesday and Wednesday night. And it's a nice feeling when they address you by your name and welcome you back.
However, I would say it does need few improvements:
On three occasions where I have arrived and asked for a specific room and it has not been available and the room that was allocated to me has been either not been prepared or it's a twin bed which was not requested when booking is made.
When I went back to reception to say the room has not been prepared then miraculously the room I would rather is ready!
Also few times where the staff are having a bad day they seem to show it and as guests you can clearly tell. Or if they don't like another staff member it shows!
I have been staying at the Dudsbury for a few months now, but I think it's time for a change.
